| Bylaw enjoy a well deserved reputation as being amongst the finest of traditional country furniture makers in all of England. In our Norfolk workshops, drawing on designs mainly from the 17th & 18th centuries, we construct solid oak and fruitwood furniture employing traditional methods and time honoured skills. Everything from the hand planed timber, the painstaking finishing and waxing to the fitting of locally cast period replica brassware go towards creating an uncompromising finished product. The detail truly does make the difference. In addition to furniture, Bylaw we bring the same skills to interior joinery. Oak staircases and panelled studies are particular customer favourites.
